Job summary

OnPath Credit Union is seeking an HR Specialist to run day-to-day HR administration, including recruitment logistics, benefits coordination, and employee records maintenance.

The role collaborates with HR leadership to support strategy, policy implementation, and compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• SHRM-CP, aPHR, or PHR certification, or progress toward one.
• 2-4 years HR experience across benefits, leave, recruitment coordination, or HRIS data management.

Responsibilities

• Administer recruitment processes including offer letters and background checks.
• Manage benefits enrollments, COBRA notices, and open enrollment logistics.
• Oversee FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and leave tracking.
• Maintain HRIS data, employee records, and reporting for leadership.
