Aston Carter is seeking a Workforce Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding through offboarding, across Shared Services. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, adherence to HR guidelines, and strong collaboration with payroll and benefits teams.

In Jacksonville, FL, you will rotate across HR functions, assist with recruitment, and contribute to onboarding excellence while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing coordination or HR support.
• Ability to design and implement HR strategies including onboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices and standards.
• Understanding of current labor regulations and legal requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-boarding, onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding for employees.
• Prepare letters, forms and documentation for new hires.
• Manage compliance-related tasks and ensure documentation is complete on time.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing admin support.
• Rotate across Shared Services and Center of Excellence teams to meet needs.
• Adhere to HR guidelines and standardized processes.
• Perform data entry into HR and payroll systems to maintain records.
• Maintain organized documentation for audits and controls.
• Provide HR administrative support, including clerical tasks and file management.
• Assist with recruitment activities and candidate communication.
• Support employee relations by responding to HR inquiries.
