Job summary

ITS, LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to join our Colorado Springs team. The HR Specialist provides operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from offer letters through termination and offboarding.

You will collaborate with the HR Generalist and Director to ensure efficient HR operations. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and supporting benefits, compliance, and HR data entry in ADP Workforce Now, Unanet, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with offer letters through ADP Workforce Now and new-hire onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation scheduling, and first-day support.
• Maintain HR records and support benefits enrollment and changes.
• Support HR data entry across ADP, Unanet, SharePoint and benefits systems.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain HR dashboards, training records and compliance documentation.
