You will support recurring HR programs, performance reviews, surveys, and employee development initiatives, while partnering with HR and business leaders to maintain data integrity and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist with exposure to HR systems and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and support decision-making.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Oracle, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the preboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day, including documentation, system access, equipment, workspace, and readiness.
• Lead the onboarding process to ensure a consistent, organized, and welcoming experience for new employees.
• Develop onboarding materials, checklists, schedules, communications, and resources for new hires, managers, and internal partners.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, IT, Payroll to ensure timely onboarding activities and resolve issues.
• Monitor onboarding records and training/compliance forms.
• Plan and coordinate recurring HR programs and annual processes like performance reviews and surveys.
• Develop program timelines, communications, and tracking tools for timely execution.
• Communicate program expectations and updates to employees and managers.
• Track participation and follow up to resolve issues and improve effectiveness.
• Support implementation of new HR initiatives and enhancements to programs and systems.
