Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking an HR Operations/Onboarding Coordinator to support workforce mobilization for a large-scale data center construction operation. The role manages end-to-end onboarding for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers, ensuring proper documentation and readiness to access the job site.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in HR/onboarding, experience with high-volume onboarding in fast-paced settings, and preferably backgrounds in construction,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR, onboarding, workforce coordination, or related function.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume onboarding in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, data center construction, industrial, or field operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers.
• Coordinate high-volume workforce mobilization during project ramp-up and peak construction.
• Track onboarding schedules, workforce forecasts, start dates, and readiness status.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Project Management, and site leadership to meet staffing needs.
