Seneca Resources seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead data center construction projects in Holly Ridge, LA. This on-site role emphasizes safety, technical excellence, and on-time delivery within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, interpret complex drawings and specs, and serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across all construction phases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 8+ years supervisory experience on large-scale data center or structured cabling construction projects.
• Experience managing dispersed field teams (100+ technicians) including union/nonunion crews.
• Strong knowledge of data center connectivity, ISP, fiber construction, and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with construction safety regulations and best practices (OSHA, NEBS, ANSI/TIA, BICSI).
• Deep technical expertise in low voltage systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools (MS Office, Bluebeam, scheduling platforms).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and complex project schedules.
