Covenant Logistics is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Chattanooga to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and hiring managers. You will draft offer letters, process paperwork, and support candidate questions throughout the recruitment process.

In this role you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, drive improvements in candidate experience, and help maintain compliance across multi-state onboarding while leveraging Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year onboarding experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-state environment preferred.
• Logistics/Trucking industry experience a plus.
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafts all Offer Letters (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers).
• Processes and files new hire paperwork, background checks, and drug screens.
• Assist in identifying process and candidate experience enhancements.
• Assist candidates with questions during the recruitment process.
• Meets regularly with the Talent Acquisition team to provide updates and receive new pipeline updates
