Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years in marketing, HR, customer service, or admin.
• Experience with HR, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires from offer acceptance.
• Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding status of new hires.
• Verify employment eligibility of all new hires.
• Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline onboarding experience.
• Provide timely responses to new hires' questions.
• Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to source new development resources as needed from HR or managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
