Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; internship experience acceptable.
• 1+ years in an HR or administrative role preferred.
• Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS records for all lifecycle processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide policy guidance.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and assist transitions.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and policy documentation.
• Support recruitment activities and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in site events and cross-functional collaboration.
