Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a diverse employee population across the full life cycle. You will assist with onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and partnering with the HR team on programs while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ months of administrative experience (internship qualifies).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR investigations and conflict resolution within employee relations.
• Maintain HRIS for all employee lifecycle processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide policy guidance.
• Onboard new hires and assist with orientation.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and confidentiality compliance.
• Assist recruitment and department needs as directed.
