Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a HR Coordinator to support our talent onboarding and pre-employment processes in Dallas, TX. You will administer background checks, MVR verifications, drug testing coordination, and I-9 compliance while coordinating relocation requests with third-party vendors.

The role partners with recruiters, HR Generalists, and hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding, confidentiality, and a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR onboarding, recruiting support, or compliance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment screening, including background checks and MVR verifications.
• Coordinate drug testing and occupational health exams, and ensure I-9 compliance.
• Process relocation requests with third-party vendors and manage DOT history checks.
• Partner with recruiters, HR Generalists, and hiring managers to support onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and provide excellent service.
