Job summary

Energy Transfer Partners seeks an on-site Human Resources Coordinator in Dallas, TX to support preemployment and onboarding for new hires. You will administer screening, coordinate timelines, and ensure each hire completes steps accurately and on time.

You will handle background/MVR checks, drug testing, occupational health exams, I-9 completion, relocation coordination, and DOT verifications as part of the hiring workflow. Strong confidentiality and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic HR onboarding and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with pre-employment screening and I-9 processes.
• Ability to coordinate background checks, MVRs, and drug testing.
• Knowledge of DOT verifications and related regulations.
• Familiarity with relocation coordination and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment screening, including background checks.
• Coordinate drug and alcohol testing and scheduling requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of I-9 employment verification.
• Support onboarding, including occupational health exams.
• Coordinate new hire relocation with third-party vendors.
• Process DOT verifications and history checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR Generalists, hiring managers, and candidates.
