• Oversee onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support.
• Assist with development and coordination of initial training for new hires.
• Collaborate with HR Team and other departments for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Address and resolve HR-related inquiries from employees.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
