Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR functions within the facility in Texas. You will manage timekeeping, labor management and the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, drug screenings, and orientation.

You will help with employee investigations, maintain confidential personnel files, and ensure staff complete required trainings and in-services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience with payroll, timekeeping, and recruiting in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timekeeping system and assist in labor management.
• Handle hiring and on-boarding processes: recruiting, interviews, background checks, drug screens, and orientation.
• Assist with employee investigations and provide recommendations on hiring and discipline.
• Use software for recruiting, timekeeping, and reporting; keep personnel files compliant.
• Ensure staff complete required Relies training and facility in-services per regulations and policy.
