Job summary

Energy Transfer LP in Texas seeks a Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic partner aligning operations with talent management. You'll partner with leadership to shape workforce strategy and employee programs.

You will coach managers on performance, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, and lead cross-functional HR projects across multiple sites. Travel up to 25–30% to support field offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, energy services, or similar industries.
• Experience supporting large, matrixed organizations across multiple geographies; travel 25-30%.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred; willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on org design and workforce planning.
• Coach managers on performance management, career development, and recognition.
• Support workforce needs with field and operations leadership; drive engagement.
• Lead investigations and progressive discipline per company policies.
• Ensure legal compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA.
• Develop HR policies and reporting metrics.
• Lead change management and cross-functional projects; represent HR in meetings.
• Travel to field locations as needed.
