ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking an HR Administrative Support professional in Richmond, VA to handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications. You will manage I-9/E-Verify, process terminations, and respond to HR inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Formación

• Supports day-to-day HR administration including onboarding/offboarding and employment verifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with onboarding experiences and distribute new hire information.
• Process Form I-9 and E-Verify in compliance with federal guidelines.
• Handle terminations and related records and notifications.
• Monitor shared HR inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide clerical support including filing, photocopies and scans.
• Assist with training administration as needed.
• Back up receptionist coverage.
• Review company policies.
• Process VOE, OPM investigations and unemployment claims.
