Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in logistics or HR processes.
• Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
• Oversee HR office functions: payroll, benefits, hires, transfers, terminations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and training for associates and managers.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through data-informed action.
