Responsibilities

• Administer HR functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll; ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate training programs (new hire orientation, CBT modules, web-based and classroom) and monitor completion.
• Identify associate and customer concerns; resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
