Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience or 2 years' supervisory experience including 1 year managing HR processes
• 1 year Walmart Stores HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility and manage staffing and scheduling
• Coordinate workloads and ensure training of associates
• Administer HR functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and HR systems
• Maintain safety and quality standards in Logistics and company policies
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, monitor performance and provide feedback
• Coordinate training for hourly associates, drivers, and management
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and drive continuous learning
• Provide guidance on Open Door policy and ethics across processes
