Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or Logistics or related field with 1+ year of supervisory experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field.
• 2 years of Walmart Logistics management experience or 2 years of supervisory experience, including 1 year managing HR processes.
• Candidates should be able to attend and complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates and leaders in the area of responsibility, assign duties, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, and staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and training across the organization.
