RRC Solutions Group in Mason City, IA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions for all employees, ensure policy compliance, and manage payroll and benefits programs.

The role focuses on maintaining a union-free environment, administering compensation, training, safety initiatives, and employee relations. Requires a Bachelor's in HR and 5–10 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions or equivalent.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Must be able to exercise judgment in dealing with recurring and non-recurrent problems.
• Must have strong confidentiality and organizational skills.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT.
• Direct supervision of HR/Payroll staff and other personnel as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Direct employment activities to recruit and hire qualified employees in a timely manner.
• Ensure policies and programs are understood and communicated to all employees.
• Oversee HR programs including payroll, benefits, safety, and training.
• Administer wage and salary administration and performance appraisal programs.
• Oversee payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Conduct investigations of employee complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records and reports for HR functions.
• Develop and supervise training programs and safety initiatives.
