Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training.
• Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Direct employment activities to recruit and hire qualified staff promptly.
• Ensure policies are understood and communicated to all employees.
• Oversee HR programs through HR staff and manage benefits and payroll processes.
• Administer wage/salary, performance appraisals, and equity reviews.
• Lead payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Review, guide, and approve management recommendations for terminations.
• Maintain records and reports for HR functions.
• Keep the executive team informed of significant problems affecting goals.
• Develop and supervise training programs and safety initiatives.
• Act as liaison between the company and laws/regulations such as OSHA, Wage-Hour, ERISA.
• Investigate employee complaints or concerns.
• Direct employee communications and community relations programs.
