Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II in Yakima, WA. You will oversee all HR functions, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits, and foster positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA and other employment laws.

Safety is a key focus, with responsibility to train partners on policies and promote a culture of safety at the location. A Bachelor's in HR or related field is preferred, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Responsabilités

• Oversee all general areas of human resources.
• Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and compliance with legal obligations (FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Compensation).
• Ensure safety training and promote a culture of safety at the location.
