Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources at our Midland, TX location. You will manage turnover, recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, and drive employee relations while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, workers' compensation, unemployment, and other employment laws.

Safety is a key focus; you will ensure partners are trained on safety policies and foster a culture that emphasizes safety at the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsabilités

• Oversee general areas of human resources including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws.
• Promote a culture of safety and train partners on safety policies and procedures.
