Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources at our location. You will manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration while driving positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA and other laws.

Safety is a key focus as you train partners on company safety policies and promote a culture of safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and workforce engagement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws.
• Focus on safety training and emphasising a culture of safety at the location.
