Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II in Yakima, WA. You will oversee all HR functions, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits, and foster positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA and other employment laws.

Safety is a key focus, with responsibility to train partners on policies and promote a culture of safety at the location. A Bachelor's in HR or related field is preferred, plus relevant experience.

• Valid driver's license

CompensationA reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $80,168 - $87,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
