Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources at our Mount Pleasant location. You will manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and drive positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA and other employment laws.

Safety is a key focus; you will train partners on safety policies and promote a culture of safety across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and intranet/internet.
