Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• 2+ years HR experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration
• Drive positive employee relations and safety culture
• Monitor and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws
• Ensure partners are trained on safety policies and procedures
