Job summary

Kerry is offering a 24-month Leadership Development Program in Human Resources, starting July 12, 2027, in Beloit, Wisconsin. The program rotates across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partnering, giving hands-on exposure to real business priorities and leadership development.

You will contribute to talent strategies, stakeholder relationships, and inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027 anywhere in the US.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, student orgs or work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Curiosity and learning agility for HR leadership paths.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Geographic flexibility for rotations, if applicable.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and candidate management.
• Assist with recruitment processes, employer branding, and sourcing.
• Contribute to inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
• Support Talent Development, Learning & Development programs.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and org design.
• Assist with onboarding and succession planning activities.
• Help analyze talent data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate to promote continuous learning and feedback culture.
