Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is offering an HR Development Program (HRDP), a 32-month rotational experience designed to build broad HR capability through hands-on placements across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging.

Participants rotate every eight months, collaborating with senior HR leaders to diagnose needs, deliver solutions, and develop leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or related major
• Senior standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, Belonging
• Engage in strategic collaboration, diagnose needs and provide solutions, and build cross-organizational connections during rotations
