Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is launching the HR Development Program (HRDP), a 32-month rotational program designed to build broad HR capability through hands-on experience across core HR disciplines.

Through four rotations of eight months each, participants will explore Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging, while partnering with leaders and delivering real value.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/ Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or related major.
• Senior standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Engage in four rotations, each lasting eight months, across core HR functions.
• Partner with leaders to support delivery of HR programs and services while developing HR skills.
• Demonstrate leadership through coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders.
