Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, IO psychology, business, or related major.
• Senior standing with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging.
• Engage in strategic collaboration, diagnose needs and provide solutions, and develop leadership abilities through coaching with senior HR leaders.
• Accelerated career growth through the program with increased responsibilities after completion.
