Job summary

Kerry Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program beginning July 12, 2027, designed to develop future finance leaders within a globally operating taste and nutrition company.

You will rotate through Accounting & Financial Control, Tax & Treasury, and Commercial Finance, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Curious mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Part of a corporate finance team responsible for financial control, tax, treasury, general ledger, monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts, projections and budgeting.
• Assist with process standardization and driving efficiencies within finance.
• Prepare and present timely, accurate financial analysis and information for senior leadership.
• Monitor финансовый performance and report drivers of performance to business units.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting for various business areas.
