Job summary

Kerry’s Early Career Program offers a two-year rotational experience across Wisconsin and Illinois plants, starting July 12, 2027. Participants gain exposure to diverse manufacturing environments and leadership teams, with two rotations at different Center of Excellence locations.

Relocation assistance is provided for rotations requiring moves. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, sustainable product quality, and development through cross-location exposure within Kerry’s network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with anticipated graduation between Dec 2026 - May 2027.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.
• A curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant production processes deliver high-quality food products for customers.
• Maintain and improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance.
• Support audits and audit readiness for internal, customer, and third parties.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Assist in change control and documentation updates for specifications.
• Oversee quality controls, conduct audits, and ensure HACCP/GMP compliance.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues to improve products.
