RTX is offering a summer internship in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) based in Arlington, VA, with hybrid work arrangements.

You will engage in frontline assignments with HR Partners, Global People Services and Communities of Expertise while developing leadership and business acumen.

Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or related fields, demonstrated leadership, and willingness to relocate nationwide should apply.

Internship location will vary. Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. The salary range for this role is 42,000 USD - 88,000 USD.
