Job summary

Citizens invites high-potential graduates to join its Early Career Development Program (ECDP) starting in June 2027. This one-year, full-time program offers hands-on HR rotations across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Development, with mentorship and executive exposure to shape a robust career in HR.

Upon completion, graduates are placed in full-time HR roles such as HR Relationship Manager, Employer Brand Marketing Copywriter, Compensation Analyst, Campus Recruiting &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• Internship or corporate exposure is a plus.
• Expected graduation May 2027 or recent grad.

Responsibilities

• Rotations may include HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and Development.
• Develop dashboards and analyses to support Talent Acquisition and Leadership meetings.
• Partner with business lines to support integration/ acquisition activities.
• Contribute to compensation related projects and internal equity analyses.
• Support diversity initiatives across the bank.
