Job summary

Medline is launching an HR Development Program (HRDP), a 32-month rotational path designed to build broad HR capability through hands-on experiences in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner and Belonging. You will partner with HR leaders, gain cross-functional exposure, and develop leadership skills through coaching.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or related major.
• Senior standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner and Belonging.
