Chick-fil-A Supply seeks an Assistant General Manager for the new Cartersville, GA Distribution Center. You will partner with senior leaders to guide supply chain operations, aiming to improve efficiency and profitability while upholding Chick-fil-A’s care culture.

You’ll leverage skills in inventory control, ERP/WMS/TMS systems, and staff development. You will drive performance, safety, and service levels across the facility, coordinating with operators and leadership to stand up future

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain leadership.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale food service distribution center operations with a safety mindset.
Serve as liaison balancing Operator needs with operation capabilities.
Oversee ~250-person workforce and Inventory Control practices.
Design, implement, manage, and improve DC operations.
Drive KPIs and service levels to Chick-fil-A Operators.
Participate in oversight of P&L for the DC operation.
Foster innovation and respect aligned with Chick-fil-A Supply values.
Recruit, train, and develop a strong team.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and business partners.
