Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide staffing, employee relations, training, and compensation administration across plant locations. The role operates at strategic and hands-on levels to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

You will coach leaders, drive recruitment and succession planning, and oversee Workday-based HR processes, with emphasis on safety and confidentiality within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the HR team to implement staffing and regulatory processes.
• Coach leaders and staff on conflict resolution under company guidelines and laws.
• Drive recruitment, selection and succession planning for internal customers.
• Manage salaried recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
