Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to support a multi-site manufacturing complex. You will guide HR policy, staffing, relations and compliance, working with leaders to align people initiatives with business goals.

You will mentor teams, analyze HR data, and drive talent development, with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or similar setting.
• Ability to lead complex HR initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of complex HR policies and programs.
• Provide direction to HR team for staffing, employee relations and organizational development.
• Counsel leaders on staffing, compensation, training and performance management.
• Deliver HR training on performance counseling and employee relations issues.
• Mitigate risk through collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Drive recruitment, retention and talent development strategies.
• Analyze data to identify organizational needs and inform decisions.
• Mentor and coach employees for career development.
