Job summary

TechSur Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Lead to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure employment compliance in a growing federal IT services environment.

The role covers onboarding, benefits administration, policy enforcement, and collaboration with payroll, finance, and recruiting. The candidate will drive employee engagement and scalable HR processes across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on generalist responsibilities.
• Experience independently managing multiple HR functions as a primary HR resource.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Experience developing or supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, and HR records.
• Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Recruiting on employee-related activities.
• Support transitions related to government contracts and changes.
• Develop and improve HR processes, procedures, and documentation.
