Job summary

ThinkTek LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Technical SME to lead enterprise HR system efforts and act as the primary liaison between government, implementation teams, and stakeholders.

The role requires expertise in HR systems, testing, data migration, interfaces, and security. You will translate complex technical findings into actionable briefings for leadership while guiding design through deployment and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in enterprise IT programs.
• Experience as technical SME, tech lead, or systems advisor on large enterprise implementations.
• Strong testing, requirements validation, defect analysis, and system readiness skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations.
• Experience with data migration, data validation, interfaces, data protocols, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technology SME supporting enterprise HR system concepts from design through commissioning.
• Provide guidance on HR system architecture, configuration, integration, data, security, and operation readiness.
• Support testing to verify system integrity and DoW HR business rule alignment prior to deployment.
• Develop and execute technical test scenarios and assist in resolving defects.
• Analyze testing results to identify trends, risks, defects, dependencies, and remediation areas.
• Act as primary technical liaison among government stakeholders, implementation teams, and project stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and enhancement opportunities and route for approval and priority.
• Document functional and technical gaps and provide feedback to ensure DoW requirements are met.
• Lead technical discussions addressing risk mitigation, config control, data protocols, and interfaces.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to government personnel and leadership.
• Coordinate with teams to assess impact of changes and ensure config control.
