PEOPLE TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES LLC is seeking an experienced HR / Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for government contracts and manage the employee lifecycle in a regulated environment.

The role focuses on developing recruiting strategies, ensuring HR compliance, and maintaining documentation for audits while partnering with program managers to support current and future contracts in a Tampa-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR and/or recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting.
• Experience recruiting for government contractors or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and contract-supported positions, from job requisition through onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for government contract positions.
• Partner with program managers and leadership to understand contract staffing requirements, labor categories, qualifications, and personnel needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, recruiting platforms, employee referrals, industry associations, and other channels.
• Ensure that applicants are screened and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruiting tracker.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions aligned with contract requirements.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and staffing progress.
