Responsibilities include maintaining employee relations files, supporting investigations, and providing back-up for HR functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the principles of human resource management.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (e.g., People First).
• Knowledge of records management and redaction methods.
• Ability to compose complex correspondence.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
