Job summary

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience delivering training or working in a business setting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on HR processes including performance appraisals, onboarding, salary administration and HR metrics.
• Create and facilitate training modules for employees.
• Recruit for openings following established processes and assist with interviewing.
• Support employee relations and deliver excellent service to internal stakeholders.
• Lead the student talent program, developing curriculum and mentoring ~15 students each semester.
