Qualifications

• Current studies in IT are required.
• Strong SQL understanding and query skills.
• Basic object-oriented programming concepts are expected.

Responsibilities

• Data preparation and cleansing for migration projects.
• Monitor, research and complete end-user support tickets (Tier 1).
• Create and update user guides, manuals and test scripts.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for new apps.
• Gather requirements to form project scopes and docs.
• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Bug-fix within internal applications.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
