Responsibilities

• Assist HR/Benefits tasks as assigned.
• File and organize Investigative Files.
• Print and distribute Orientation and Employee Handbook booklets.
• Send Return to Sender mail to employees via truck mail as needed.
• Assist with HR calls and emails.
• Document processes and procedures of job functions.
• Support Employee Relations with reports, organization, and meeting prep.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.
