Job summary

You will work with the University Relations Program and engage with leaders at Panduit through sessions, while developing practical HR knowledge in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2029.
• Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Labor Relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Update and maintain employee records and databases
• Assist with employee relations tasks
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with training and development initiatives
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, events and maintaining departmental files
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters
