Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2029.
• Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Labor Relations, or related field.

What We Are Looking For

As a Human Resources Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting various HR projects across the HR function. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in areas such as recruitment, total rewards, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This role will involve assisting HR professionals with tasks such as supporting talent management projects and initiatives, updating employee records, conducting research, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures. You'll work closely with the HR team to help drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, organizational development, and overall workplace effectiveness. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical HR experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of HR practices in a dynamic work environment.

What You Will Bring

Pay rates for this role start at $19.50/hr. Making the connections that matter.
