Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking an HR Intern to support the human resources team and gain hands-on experience in our industry. You will work closely with the HR team on daily tasks and participate in ongoing projects relevant to Talent, Benefits, and Compliance.

Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance under supervision, with opportunities to learn best practices and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field for the entire duration of internship.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR team to handle daily tasks and support long-term projects.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting openings, screen resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding, new hire packets, and orientation sessions.
• Help with employee relations, investigations, and compliance tasks.
• Handle day-to-day administration as required.
• Maintain I-9 forms and other employee documentation.
